Thereafter we will retain your information only for so long as necessary in light of our rights and obligations under our contract with the relevant Third Party Adviser. By using this web site you are giving us permission to use and retain your personal data in this way.
We will not use or retain your personal information for any reason, other than as described in the previous paragraph. In particular we will not pass your personal information to any third party other than a Third Party Adviser, or use your personal information to send you other marketing materials without your consent.

8 Income
Smarter Money may receive a fee and / or commission for mortgage enquiries generated from this site. Where we receive such a fee, the average amount is estimated to be £25 for standard mortgages and £70 for adverse mortgages.
